My friend Andy is taking part in a massive bike ride as part of the 60/600 challenge and he thought it would be a good idea if I organised a cake stall for when he and his fellow riders arrived at Ponds Forge. I have 6 days to call fellow bakers to arms and prepare the longest bake sale I have ever been a part of, running from 11am until approximately 6.15pm or even later!

Dementia has a devastating affect on so many lives and I am proud to be able to say that I am raising much-needed funds to support the Alzheimer's Society in their fight against dementia.
