I'm running Coventry Half Marathon on 1st March 2015 for SADS UK. SADS stands for Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome which encompasses a number of cardiac conditions that are fatal if left undiagnosed or untreated. 

My childhood friend, Tara, sadly died from one of these conditions when she was just 18. SADS UK are a charity that raise funds and awareness of such conditions to aid vital early diagnosis and treatment.

I'm running in memory of my dear friend and to help raise money for this great charity.
