I am walking the Maggie's  20 mile London Night Hike to raise money for these brilliant and re-assuring centres which provide emotional support, practical advice and an all-round holistic service to people who have cancer.

A good friend of mine is currently being treated for breast cancer and has been helped by the Hammersmith Maggie's Centre to deal with the various challenging stages of the illness.
