On the 27th August I will be taking part in my 2010 challenge to climb Ben Nevis, in aid of the British Epilepsy Association. I hope by doing this it will bring the condition to peoples attention.

I have never done anything like this before and have been doing lots of training around the Shropshire Hills with my boots on.  We have a time limit of 5 hours for the climb and a further 3 hours to return to base camp.

If you could spare a pound or two to help Epilepsy Action I would greatly appreciate it.
