Well, I have done it again, signed up for a run.  After watching the Manchester 10K in TV, I thought I really miss running, so I signed up for the Great North Run.

Well it was a good idea sat of the sofa with a large glass of rose in hand. 

So now the hard work starts,  I am putting in the training and even joined a running club, so any help on the fundrasing is greatly appreacited.

For those of you who work at The Midland I will bring in homemade cakes as a bribes
