The fourth annual staging of the RUN ARMAGH 10K in Armagh City was held on SUNDAY, 15TH APRIL 2012. There was a great turnout and I completed the 10km run in 54 minutes. I definitely enjoyed the challenge and all donations go to a worthwhile cause.

Cardiac Risk in the Young [C-R-Y] has been chosen as the charity for the RUN ARMAGH 10K. CRY is a charity founded in May 1995 to raise awareness of Cardiac Risk in the Young - Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS, SADS), and more information is available via their website [www.c-r-y.org.uk].
