We support young people to achieve in sport, whatever their ability

Story

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in 2020 it has been so hard for small charities to keep going. The Believe and Achieve Trust has had to cancel 3 of their main events which means we have been unable to raise much needed funds.
For 2 years now I have been trying to organise an event called 'Setting the Wheels in motion' but once again it has had to be cancelled.
However, I was not going to give up ...so let me introduce you to 'SETTING THE WORLD IN MOTION'. This event will run for 4 weeks starting on the 3rd August 2020. This is a challenge for EVERYBODY - whatever your age, ability or fitness level. During these 4 weeks I would like all my friends, family, Believers and anyone else who sees this to take part in some type of activity (it could be going for a walk, playing football, swimming, running, armchair aerobics, walking up and down stairs, gardening, dancing - IN FACT ANYTHING AT ALL) The aim is that together we could complete 500 hours of activity. Each time you are active please let my mum or Alison at BAA know and we can keep count of the hours to see if we can smash our total.
Whilst doing your activities, please promote our Crowdfunding page to all of your friends and family and see if they will donate to your cause. It would be fantastic to raise £1 for 1 hour (or more) to raise a total of £500 for such an amazing cause.
This challenge is open to EVERYBODY and in a year where we have had to stay apart this will bring us all together for one amazing cause.
If you have any questions please contact my mum on Facebook, email at ksbarton@hotmail.co.uk or Alison at BAA.
Thank you to everyone. Let's smash the 500 hours and £500 for 'The Believe and Achieve Trust' deserve it.
All my love always
Grace x
