I want to raise awareness while raising money for the Depression Alliance charity and make people smile. My plan is to undertake a 30 days challenge. I will be set 30 challenges in which I have 30 days to complete. I will record each challenge with pictures and/or video. 

30 day challenge begins on June 1st 2012.

It is believed that it takes 30 days to break a habit so why not 30 days to change my percetions? If I do something amazing, some achievement, something that I can be proud of or make people laugh and entertain them it should should really progress me. I will be raising money, entertaining people and getting myself better. It is the ultimate triple win! 

But this isn't really about me its about depression. I ask anyone whos life has been affected by Depression in some way to just follow the 30 day challenge when it begins, If it makes you smile all I am asking is to donate £2 to this page. All proceeds go directly to charity.
