On Sunday 31st July, I will be taking part in a skydive (eek!) with Swansea Skydive to raise awareness of, and raise funds for, a non-profit charity called Innovate Trust.

Starting as a student volunteer project at Cardiff University years ago, Innovate Trust now provides supported living services mainly for people with learning disabilities, and also offer support to individuals with mental health issues, elderly, young, disadvantaged and vulnerable members of our community within Cardiff, the Vale and Rhondda-Cynon-Taf.

I will be raising as much money as I can to help with funding for day trips, art and craft classes, music therapy groups, sailing etc. All this helps build confidence, independance, health and wellbeing within these people.
