We're running a 15k run on Sunday for The Stroke Association and would really appreciate any donation, small or large!  The training miles have been clocking up and we're ready to be let loose.

Stroke is one of the country's top 3 killers and a leading cause of disability amongst adults.  The Stroke Association are aiming to raise £60,000, so please dig deep and donate now!!
