On April 24th I will be running the London Marathon in memory of my dad- Bob Gibbons - who died nearly 20 years ago from chronic myeloid leukaemia. I miss him hugely and it is a constant sadness that he never got to meet Andy or my three lovely boys. I'd like the thousands of people who are diagnosed with blood cancers each year in Britain (and their families) to be able to access vital support, information and advice - and that is exactly what Leukaemia Care provide through a range of services.
