Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running to raise money so I can show my gratitude to the amazing hospice at home team that helped me care for my dad in his final weeks.

They made him feel safe and comfortable and supported me so he was able to die at home in a familiar setting surrounded by family.

St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides tailored end of life care both in the community and at our Hospice, supporting our patients living with a terminal illness, and their family and friends. We rely on the generous support of our community to raise the £8million we need each year to fund our services.
