Story

If you know me, you know I am Not Sporty. Not. Sporty. At. All. If you ever see me signing up to do a 5k run, someone has probably hacked my account.

But as I celebrate my big 4-0, I would like to do something different to mark it and to hopefully benefit others. So I am aiming to do a marathon over the month of January, which - given I am away for a few days with work - means about a mile a day on my cross trainer. And given that the disaster in the Yemen is a) heartbreaking and b) under-reported, I thought the DEC Yemen Appeal would be a good thing to support.

So indulge me in this little mid-life crisis, and cheer on this couch potato as she does something healthy for a good cause!
