Good Hair Day · 13 January 2015

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Kate - Rather than watching my hair disappear down the plughole during my chemotherapy treatment, I thought I would rather donate it to The Little Princess Trust who make wigs for children who are suffering from cancer, alopecia and other conditions.

Chloe - Mum has jumped right on the bandwagon as I was already planning to do this! Fortunately, as my hair is like Rapunzel's I can spare some for another little princess.

All we are asking for is a donation of £2 towards the cost of making the wigs which can be anything up to £2,000.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
