We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Saturday 18th June the Famous Five - more commonly known as Matthew, James, Jack, Ollie and Finn will be climbing Snowdon to raise money for the Alzheimers Society.

Alzheimers is a disease that has touched both of our families. It is hard to explain what it is like when the person you love is still with you physically but can't remember who you are or how to do anything for themselves. We also know how isolating  and frustrating it can be as a carer for someone with Alzheimers and how the Alzheimers Society can make a difference and provide much needed support.

All the money we raise will be spent within Hertfordshire so could be used to help people you know. Please give generously and help us to help others - sufferers and carers alike. You never know when you - or someone you know - might need it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
