As some of you know I have a 5yr old little boy called Oscar who was born with a congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. This is when children are born with no, or very little, left hand side of their hearts. Within days of being born they have to undergo extensive cardiac surgery and they have to have more surgery as they get older. Oscar has had 4 operations on his heart and countless tests and stays in hospital. He is seen at The Evelina Childrens Hospital in London and the care he has received has been outstanding.We have had amazing support and one area that has been particularly helpful has been the Evelina Children's Heart Organisation (ECHO) . Being able to spend time with other families who are in the same situation has been invaluable and Oscar gets time to spend with his little heart buddies! 

As a way of showing my gratitude I have volunteered to abseil down Guys Tower.... 450ft... on 2nd May! Any donations would be very gratefully received ....!!!
