When The Children’s Society asked me to ride high for them I couldn’t resist. On Sept 24th I will be joining ‘REVS ON A COASTER’ (in the coaster full of youth workers and young people behind the revs' coaster) as a train full of clergy ride The Big One, on Blackpool Pleasure Beach. 

Although I've been on a fair few rollercoasters in my time, being 235ft off the floor with the north wind coming in off the sea and only a simple waist bar holding me in isn't very appealing. Please donate if you are able to make sure I've got good cause not to chicken out. 

The Children’s Society works with the most disadvantaged children to ensure that they are loved, valued and listened to. With them we fight childhood poverty, harm and neglect. 

In hard times, children are among the hardest hit and miss out on so much of what it means to be children. For many, a day on a theme park is a distant dream. By supporting the work of The Children’s Society we don’t just help them survive, we help them flourish. So please sponsor me to get my feet off the ground, and so help bring joy to children living with poverty or neglect.
