I am cycling between London and Folkstone and then between Gap and Monaco starting on September 18. The event is organized by Winch Design and Blue. My target is to rise £1100 to support The Blue Marine Foundation (BLUE) which is a charity dedicated to protect the oceans. I was supposed to cycle 1600 km between London and Monaco but because of an unexpected surgery which happened to me this July I am only allowed to do a stage of the ride (3days, 386km). I really hope I will get to Monaco without hurting myself :)

Thanks to your support BLUE will:
    -Build eco-moorings for sailing vessels so they don’t damage the sea grass beds when they anchor;
    -Monitor and protect endangered marine species such as sperm whales and dolphins;
   - Enhance fish reproduction through site-specific protection/zoning;
   - Reduce the number of ‘ghost’ nets (discarded nets which trap species such as loggerhead turtles)
