To all friends/family,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I wanted to let you know that I am going to do a 10 mile sponsored walk from Wandsworth to Wapping on July 14th 2012. I am doing this to raise money for The Guild of Our Lady of Good Counsel which is the charity which supports the Good Counsel Network. The Good Counsel Network is a Catholic Pro-life organisation who help women who are pregnant and considering abortion to choose life for their children instead by assisting them with real alternatives. In the last 15 years they have counselled and helped thousands of women and girls across the UK.

When the women they see decide to continue with their pregnancy they offer all the necessary financial, spiritual and moral support necessary. This can include: direct financial help, food vouchers, baby goods e.g. nappies, milk, clothes etc. accommodation, legal advice, assistance in finding other organisations such as solicitors to help the women, advice, and often most importantly a shoulder to cry on when they need it.

This is a very worthy charity and one which I really hope you will help me to support by sponsoring me today.
