On 19 June I'm cycling 54 miles/87 kilometers from London to Brighton.

Since my first shaky rides around the garden in the early 1980s I have cycled thousands of kilometres. This is the first time I will be cycling 90 kilometres in one go however. It's for charity so if you've got a fiver spare please donate it here to the British Heart Foundation.
