Every cat that comes into Trafford Cats Protection's care has a sad story to tell - and usually more so when they are pregnant.  All too often they are thrown out simply because they are having kittens.  Imagine how it must feel to loose your home and to have to scavenge on the streets to keep your unborn babies alive.  Quite often these cats and their kittens need expensive veterinary treatment due to poor nutrition and care - cats such as Dolly who needed a hysterectomy when her kittens were two days old, or Roxy and Kally who needed emergency treatment during labour.  Then there was Kessie the little kitten who simply didn't grow.  Donations to Trafford Cats Protection enable all necessary treatments to take place. Sad beginnings? Without exception. Happy endings?  Nearly always!. Dolly, Kally and Roxy are now enjoying life in loving homes, and all their kittens are happy, healthy and rehomed. And guess what?  Little Kessie suddenly started to grow - so even the odd miracle does happen!  Your donations really do make a difference!
