On Friday 6th January 2023, Lesley Nockels sadly passed away after an 18-month battle with illness. She joined IAG Loyalty in May 2016. She quickly rose to the position of Senior Agent in April 2020, where she remained offering her knowledge and expertise across the contact center.

Lesley was diagnosed with a rare form of Aplastic Anemia and, after some grueling chemotherapy treatments, multiple transfusions and a stem cell transplant she was finally unable to fight the condition any longer and left her family and us, her work family.

There are so many words that describe Lesley; strong, kind, loyal, grandmother, mother, colleague, friend, hard working, direct and of course much loved. 

Anyone who had any dealings with her knew that the most important part of her life were her grandchildren, sadly Lesley did not get to meet her newest grandson, Logan Lesley, as he was born just 3 days after Lesley left us.

We ask you to remember Lesley and any donations from her "IAG Loyalty work family" would be greatly appreciated for the families chosen charity, which is The Aplastic Anaemia Trust.
