my partner Karen was involved in a road traffic incident on the 23rd January 2020 in Heathfield . I am doing this walk with a friend to raise money as my partner suffered life changing injuries and had to have a 9 hour operation in derriford hospital. since Covid started her progress has been slow and it has affected her physiotherapist, their rapid response saved my partners life.Myself and my friend are both ex forces and we are doing this walk from Heathfield where the accident happened to derriford hospital in Plymouth where she was taken. we are walking  across Dartmoor it is 30 miles and approx 11 hrs walking non stop we will also be carrying 20 kg in weight. I was medically discharged from the army after an accident and suffer from ptsd, if anyone else has been in this position please dig deep and find the strength to help others .Thank you all.
