Story
Hi my name is Kaitlyn, I am 8 years old. I have set up this charity page as i really want to help children from aged 2-18yr olds who are unfortunate to lose their hair either to cancer treatments or alopicia.
On the 3rd of december i will be getting a hairdresser to cut 10in of my own hair of to which i will donate to my chosen charity Little Princess Trust to then be made in to a wig for a brave girl or boy. I will be doing this in assembly infont of my whole school and i also hope that i can get the local new paper involved.
Not only will i be donating my hair but i am hoping to raise alot of money for doing this to give to Little Princess Trust as the wigs they provide are free to children. However, the cost of one wig to the charity is on average £350. Any amount of fundraising that you can generate towards this cost will help them to continue to provide wigs to both boys and girls throughout the UK and Ireland that have lost their own hair through cancer treatment .
Little Princess Trust are a small charity and they receive no formal funding. The chairty rely solely on the generosity of kind supporters to either fundraise or to make a donation. Raising awareness like this is very important
So please help me raise money for this amazing charity and help them continue their great work. Any contribution is very gratefully received.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
