Hello!

On Saturday 24th March I'll be abseiling down the side of the 90ft Queen's Stand at Epsom racecourse with my cousins and some friends. To put it into perspective this is roughly 3x the height of the average house!

We're raising money for the Princess Alice Hospice in memory of my amazing dad who spent his last days there. It's a small charity and they give really excellent care so it's a great cause!

Any donations large or small will be really appreciated - here's what your money might buy:

£5, a ward patient's meals for one day; many of the patients like a tipple with thier meals, a little of what yu like can do the world of good.

£50, a complementary therapy session for two patients; these reflexology, araomatherapy and massage sessions can help to ease stress, anxiety and pain.
