As many of my friends and family know I have been volunteering for Oundle School Mencap Holiday's now for 3 years, it is a small, volunteer-run charity which provides annual residential and camping holidays for children and young people with learning difficulties. Lots of my friends and family have heard me go on and on about how great Mencap is, and a 10k obstacle race seems the best way to raise money for this amazing charity!

The impact that OSMH makes on the lives of  children and their families alike is amazing, for many of the children, this is the highlight of their year they get to swim, dance, sing, run, dress up, act, paint, laugh and make new friends and it is so humbling to be a part of it.

The team will be running the 10km Rock Solid Race that can only be described as a cocktail of mud and obstacles that will push us to our limits.
