June Wood passed away 27th March 2021 and some people would like to donate to a cause she thought was important instead of sending flowers. It's a very difficult time as unfortunately we can not invite many people to the funeral, nor even hold a wake.

June was passionate about actions speaking louder than words and was impressed by the work of Zarach. Mum gave her career and energy to helping those with less opportunity, often children, the innocent victims of circumstances beyond their control. It's a tragedy that many children don't have the basics, including a bed to be able to get a decent night's sleep, this charity helps sort out beds.

Zarach also supports people to be empowered to help themselves. Mum was a great advocate for getting on and doing if at all possible.
