Asalaam-u-alaykum (peace be upon you)

Alhamdulilah I have been given an opportunity to give my assistance on a self funded Aid trip. 

In Sha Allah (God willing) -- On 9th April till 20th April I will embark on a journey to Malawi (AFRICA) 

I have chosen to take part with Green Cresent Aid UK to help deliver Food Parcels to one of the poorest countries in the world. Where basic necessities are scarse. 

Green Crescent Aid UK  have previous experience on this Aid journey and have successfully deployed thousands of food parcels. On previous deployments Green Crescent AID UK have seen unbearable living conditions. 

Whilst Ramadan is around the corner. 

Please Please Please just stop and think

YOU and ME in ramadan would usually have a variety of meals freshly made.We could eat till we would pop.... stomachs full suffering from heartburn and burping from all the samosas and kebabs. 

Meanwhile, in countries such as Malawi people have VERY VERY LITTLE.  With your help just 1 food parcel could last the entire period of Ramadan and feed upto a family of 5!!! 

PLEASE NOTE 100% DONATIONS policy (ZAKAT APPLICABLE)

I am raising for Food Parcels as Ramadan is shortly falling amongst us.

Each Food Parcel costs £35  or anything you can give will be much appreciated 

Food Parcels will weigh AT LEAST 42KG and will include the following (WHICH MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON NEEDS ON THE GROUND):

Rice (10 KG), Maize Flour (10 KG), Sugar (5 KG), Cooking Oil (5 Litres), Beans (5 KG), Salt (2 KG), Ground Nuts (3 KG), Dates (2 KG) and 1 Chitinjee (traditional cloth) for the women.

Green Crescent Aid UK operate on a 100% DONATION POLICY meaning every penny goes to the stated cause.
