Jump for Hope is an amazing opportunity to challenge yourself and complete a tandem jump from 10,000ft.

Story

Our jump for Hope is a 13,000ft SkyDive taking place at  Brackley, on 16th March 2024 to raise money for Brain Tumour Research, inspired by our heroic FJ!

We are Alvechurch CofE Middle School. A small community school who feel we can push ourselves for FJ, a pupil who battled his Brain Tumour with such courage, positivity and inspiring attitude throughout his fateful illness. Simply put, he was a warrior!

13 of us will be keeping him in our minds as we reach the terrifying heights of 13,000ft, and, during the fall.  He has inspired us to do our best to help find a cure through fundraising for Brain Tumour Research!

So please, get us up to the sky and encourage us to dismiss our worries and our churning tummy nerves by donating.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer and just 12% survive beyond five years. These terrible statistics, along with devastating stories of loved ones affected by brain tumours, mean that it is important that we work together to #FundTheFight and help raise vital funds for Brain Tumour Research.

By taking on this Jump for Hope, we will be doing exactly that.

Thank you so much for your support!

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
