As a novice runner! I'm running the London Marathon for two good causes: Firstly, for the City of Westminster Charitable Trust which supports community services such as Meals on Wheels for the elderly.  

Secondly, I’m also running in memory of my late sister the African Queen Helen who left us on 19 July 2008 after succumbing to cancer.
