I am in training at the moment to run 10k in under 58 minutesTOMORROW! 6 th October in Women for Women UK's MyStepHerStride fundraising event,  to raise awareness and money for Women for Women International. It is a charity particularly close to my heart, which my wonderful sister Sian campaigned for and introduced me to before she died.

Every £300 we raise will pay for a woman to go on the wfw 12 month program, which trains,educates, and supports women survivors of war, helping them to escape violence and  oppression, and learn about their human rights and financial possibilities.
