At the start of our trip discussions we were given the strap line  “Adventure before Dementia” and it seems to sum up our philosophy of life. Whilst it has bravado it reflects a real concern that hovers around people of our age ... that any of us could become affected by one of the many forms of Dementia We wanted to give meaning to our trip and be appreciative, that although we are a combined age of 140 years we are able to undertake this adventure.
