As you are all aware I have lost weight and finally am feeling amazing, this is due to the help and support of family, friends and the medical staff of the NHS.

Like most of you I have lost people through cancer and other illnesses and know people who are fighting this horrible illness, so to try to go a very small way to help support my local hospice I am again this year supporting the Night to Remember walk.
