My daughter Holly is fed by fluids only into a gastrostomy...earlier this year she has become totally nil by mouth, another skill robbed from her because of Rett Syndrome, as a show of solidarity and to understand how horrible this maybe, I have decided that from the 1st of January until our stay at Martin House on the 29th I will survive on fluids only too.

Martin House is a lifeline for our family and we are eternally grateful to them for all the care given to our family.
