I am running my first half marathon in Swansea on behalf of the Wales Air Ambulance. I recently attended a talk about them and was impressed and amazed at the service they provide. The charity relies solely on donations in order to operate so this is a great cause to support. My colleague, Clare Phillips, is also running her first 1/2 marathon and it is down to her that I am running!
