Julie was a fun, loving and loyal wife and an amazing mother to our three children. She fought her illness bravely and never gave up hope that she could beat it and when it returned, find a way to stop it. When that in the end proved to be a losing battle we are grateful she was able to spend some time in Kirkwood Hospice.

 

I am certain that Kirkwood Hospice extended Julie's life by the way she was cared for by everyone there. They gave us all a calm and reassuring environment in which we, the family, felt we were all being cared for, and will be looked after in the future too. We cannot praise them enough and this is indeed the reason we want donations to be made to Kirkwood Hospice in Julie's memory.
