Herts Young Homeless (HYH) is an amazing local charity that provides support to local young people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. For many of us, having a permanent and stable place to live is our norm, but for so many it is not a given. HYH provides specialist services to seek to prevent situations of family breakdown and mental health issues leading to homelessness, as well as working with other agencies to provide vital support when homelessness cannot be avoided.
