Hi everyone!

I'm running the Great North Run this year for a great cause, local charity Daisy Chain (http://www.daisychainproject.co.uk/).  It'll be a gruelling 13 miles and I'll need all the encouragement I can get so if you can't make it to the road side to cheer me on, donate some money instead.  Dig deep and donate now!
