Story

May is Stroke Awareness Month, so this May, I'm taking on Stroke Association's #MoveForStroke challenge. That means I'll be completing 31 Minutes of Exercise a Day and raising money to support stroke survivors. During my challenge I will spend 15 hours exercising, during which time 180 strokes will cause devastation to families across the UK. The last 18 months has had a devastating effect on Stroke Association's work, but our contribution can make a positive impact, whether you donate £5 or £50. Every penny counts. Stroke Association's vision is for there to be fewer strokes, and for people affected by stroke to get the help they need to live the best life they can. Thank you for your support!
