I have taken on this Mongol Derby to try to rally South East Asia to support me by donating money to charity. The money raised will go to Mercy Corps programmes in Mongolia, funding a range of economic, educational and agricultural programmes and supporting rural communities and herding families.  Mercy Corps gives aid to people who have been displaced by war or natural disasters and helps to rebuild peoples lives.

I will be trying to ride 1000km's across Mongolia unaided - not something you should attempt at home!
