Myself and Hayley are taking part in the Race for Life on Sunday 10th July to help raise lots of money for Cancer Research UK.

Although we are both fairly fit, we think!! We have still been training for this by going out for runs in all weathers, come rain or shine, mainly shine, running across muddy fields and even dodging cars on the spine road!!  Wrong turn taken by me, sorry Hayley!!
