.Yes another Challenge ahead not any challenge but the tallest mountain in the UK Ben Nevis Raising money for Help for Heroes charity on the 2nd Anniversary of losing my close friend  Martin who served 24ys of his life  in the RMP but it's  a month I dread as it's also his birthday month so many memories flood back.

AUGUST is the month he took his life something I will never forget & something that has left me traumatised.

But my way of coping with loss is trying to do a positive to help others struggling with mental health or injuries after serving in the armed services & the charity Martin supported but was to proud to ask them for help which is sadly often the case as to proud or it's not in their  training to show any weekness so they hide it away .

Support & talk & ask for help is a sign of courage help me help those struggling get the support they deserve & need.

Martin climbed Ben Nevis himself so it like I'm walking in his footsteps so to speak 👣 but to help his fellow mates Its what he would want & support others & it's all I have left but to try & help others is the biggest comfort & gift I have. 

Please support if you wish to no pressure at all I'm climbing that mountain no matter what as one it has Martin's name on it & mine. 

AUGUST is the month I go climb a mountain as it's the closest I get to him in HEAVEN & to lay a White Rose at the top it's what I do ---<----@
