Im getting off my butt - as its my 45th birthday this month and if Im lucky - a signpost that Im half way through life . Ive been blessed with two healthy wonderful children who are both very fit and full of life and love to play . Phys cap my chosen charity is Yorkshire based  and is staffed and run by volunteers . It helps disabled children by funding important equipment for families who may have limited funds to buy specialist or therapeutic equipment for their children to help make their lives a little easier  from touch screen computer systems and adapted treadmills to electric buggies and specially adapted trikes to play equipment to allow them to play with able bodied children eg the PhysCap Playground at Temple Newsam Park in Leeds, - a state-of-the-art inclusive playground, free to use and open for children of all abilities, 365 days a year. If you can spare a little then you know it will help a lot x
