As some of you may know, a close friend, Joel Ramsden has recently been diagnosed with Leukaemia. He is fighting it with everything he's got and the strength shown by him and his family is just amazing!!

On Sunday 26th June I'm taking part in the London Bikeathon and am aiming to cycle 26 miles. I've bought some rather fetching padded shorts which I'm sure I'm going to need. Unfortunately at the time of writing this I'm having problems uploading a photo of said shorts which is a good thing! But If I make my fundraising target then you may get a peak.
