In June this year, I will be walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks with my work colleagues, raising money for Mind – The Mental Health Charity.

Nobody should face a mental health problem alone, and I’m sure we all know someone who has been affected with mental health at some
point in their lives.

Mind is an amazing charity that needs our help so that they can be there for people in their times of personal crises.
