Having been running for a short period of time someone (not me), decided it would be a good idea to run a marathon! Well we have been training since the beginning of the year, even in the snow and rain. It have been very tough and at times we have wanted to give up.  However we are now more determined than ever to complete what we have started.

I have given a lot of thought to which charity I should support and decideded that since this may be the only marathon I run that it should be a local charity.  Being a mum and working within a school environment, I believe that children are our future and they deserve the right to have a happy, healthy life, although this is unfortunately not the case for everyone.  So please give a thought to those that are less fortunate than us and help them enjoy their lives.
