We will do whatever it takes to help you live life as fully as you can
Story
My friends wife was diagnosed with breast cancer just before her 40th birthday. She has undergone a mastectomy, breast reconstruction surgery as well as chemotherapy, radiotheraphy and the new cancer drug Herceptin. Carol went through her treatments for over 2 years, and despite initially responding well to treatments she has unfortunately now been left with long-term nerve damage and is frequently in pain.
Michael and his family have been fundraising for a few years now and even set up their own Moran Breast Cancer Society which supports the work of Macmillan Cancer Support. They do a fantastic job raising thousands of pounds but this year I wanted to do more than just enjoy their charity evenings so decided to take an active part by doing this personal challenge with them.
Please help me to help them support the dedicated work that is done by Macmillan by sponsoring me ~ every penny really does make a huge difference.
