Myself and 15 of my colleagues will be running 10 very muddy miles while also being plunged into an ice bath, electrocuted and attempting Everest! 

The reason if for a great local charity Stockdales in Sale, Manchester. They help children and  adults with learning difficulties so they can live a happy and fulfilled life with their family and friends. They do amazing work and we want to help.
