On the 28th of May I am going to be running 10k as part of the Great Manchester Run and will be raising money for the brilliant 'Alzheimer's Society' charity in memory of my Grandad who has recently passed away. 

My grandad was an absolute gentleman, (known as Gentleman Jim ) and was the sweetest and most caring, gentle person. Anyone who ever met him loved him because of his warming personality. 

Alzheimer's has massively affected my family and I have closely seen each stage of what my grandad went through as well as how it affects the family. 

So to help others suffering and families going through the same thing I would really appreciate if you could sponsor me with any spare pennies you may have, no matter how big or small! ❤️
