Today you will donate something, helping produce tomorrow's 'ulama and imams and furthering the propagation of knowledge; this donation will be your legacy after you and will continue to benefit you in your grave and then on the day of judgement.

You will share in everything that Ebrahim College accomplishes: the teaching of its teachers, the learning of its students and their services to the deen after they become ulama; all of it will be recorded in your book of deeds.

The Prophet SAW said, 'When the human being dies, his actions dissociate from him except three things: sadaqah jariyah, beneficial knowledge, or a pious child who supplicates for him.' (Sahih Muslim)

I will be taking up Ebrahim College's ‘Cycle4Charity’ bike ride of 9.5km through the scenic woods of Wendover, on the Sat 23rd July, inshaAllah.

On the authority of Abu Malik Al-Harith bin Asim Al-Ashari said that the messenger of Allah said:

"Purity is half of faith. alhamdu-lillah (Praise be to Allah) fills the scales, and subhana-Allah (How far is Allah from every imperfection) and alhamdu-lillah (Praise be to Allah) fill that which is between heaven and earth. Prayer is light; charity is a proof; patience is illumination; and the Quran is an argument for or against you. Everyone starts his day and is a vendor of his soul, either freeing it or bringing about its ruin."
